Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

- XS/S: Cats, small dogs under 15 lbs (Chihuahua, Pomeranian)
- M: Medium dogs 15–40 lbs (Beagle, Cocker Spaniel)
- L/XL: Large dogs 40–80 lbs (Lab, Golden Retriever)

Yes! All PawVault products include a 90-day quality warranty. If a product stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days, we'll replace it free of charge.
For electronic products (feeders, water fountains, GPS trackers), we offer an extended 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
